Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Lucia Living, you agree to the following terms.

These policies are designed to ensure transparency regarding our refund and return methods and procedures.

Please note that these policies apply exclusively to customers in the Canada.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding return shipping costs).

Returned items must be:

(1)In their original packaging,

(2)Unused and in resellable condition,

(3)Returned with all accessories and manuals included.

(4)A restocking fee may apply. (See “Restocking Fee” below for details.) 

(5)Customized products, bulk orders, and accessories (e.g., bulbs) are non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours at no charge.

Please email support@lucialiving.ca with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If you still choose to cancel after shipment, a handling fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will apply, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please do not initiate any PayPal claims or credit card chargebacks. We will do our best to resolve your issue.

Order Modification

You may modify your order (color, size, address, phone number, etc.) within 24 hours of purchase.

Once shipped, no modifications can be made.

Returns

You must confirm that the products received are correct and in good condition within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact support@lucialiving.ca within 14 days of receipt. 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after authorization.

Items that are used, stained, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

(1)Customized or made-to-order items.

(2)Light bulbs or accessories.

(3)Bulk purchases (three or more units of the same product).

(4)Expedited shipping fees (e.g., FedEx) are non-refundable once dispatched.

Note: Due to variations in screen settings and manual measurements, slight differences in color or size may occur. These are not considered defects.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email support@lucialiving.ca with your order number, reason for return, and item details.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Packaging & Shipping: Please use original packaging and ship your item(s) within 7 days according to the return instrucitons. You may be suggested to write RA number on the outside of the package and take photos before shipping out.
  • Email Us: Please email us the tracking number, link, and product photos. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether it qualifies for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and verify your returned items.

PayPal refunds: 1–2 business days.

Credit card refunds: 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted.

Due to currency fluctuations, the final refunded amount may vary slightly. 

If you have not received your refund:

(1)Check your bank or PayPal account.

(2)Contact your credit card issuer or bank.

(3)If unresolved, email us at support@lucialiving.ca

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies in the following cases:

(1)Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

(2)Found a better price elsewhere.

(3)Ordered the wrong item or no longer need it.

Exchange of Goods

We only replace items defective or damaged during shipping.

If you wish to exchange for the same product, please contact support@lucialiving.ca for assistance.

Damaged Goods 

Please inspect all items upon delivery.

Report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours and before installation.

Keep all packaging for carrier inspection.

If glass or shade parts arrive damaged, we will send replacements free of charge.

If you prefer a return instead of replacement, a restocking fee of up to 20% applies, and return shipping is your responsibility.

Refused Shipments 

If an order has already shipped and you refuse delivery, a storage and handling fee of 30%–50% will apply.

All return and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect Item Received 

If you receive the wrong product, contact support@lucialiving.ca within 7 days of delivery.

We will send the correct item within up to 8 weeks.

If you prefer to return instead, a restocking fee (up to 20%) and return shipping costs apply.

Warranty 

All products include a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, excluding:

(1)Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.

(2)Natural wear or aging.

(3)Purchases from non-authorized channels (e.g., auction sites). 

 

LED Lighting Warranty Details:

(1)Rechargeable LED desk lamps: 3 months

(2)LED source or driver: 6 months

(3)Other LED parts: 2 years

(4)Non-LED products: 2 years

 

Warranty covers free replacement parts, but shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damage caused by human error is not covered.
